Charabom Platinum version: Lunarbon

The "Champion" of my planned ROM hack of Pokemon Platinum, Charabom Platinum.

Originally known as Galactic Bomber...I honestly didn't feel satisfied with it enough. I just came up with the name "Lunarbon" just now, and I feel more satisfied to actually call her that currently, but now it has to make logic...
